DTG introduces battery powered mobile coffee cart

DTG, a provider of industrial-strength power systems and mobile workstation solutions, introduced its Barista PowerStation, a battery-powered mobilized cart for coffee service, according to a press release.
Designed for hospitality markets, such as micro markets, restaurants, retail operations, sports and leisure events, airline lounges and business and industrial facilities, the self-propelled Barista PowerStation offers thermal heating, refrigeration and POS capabilities outside of the traditional food and beverage services setting.
It can brew café latte, cappuccino, macchiato, americano and espresso in less than a minute.
With both a barista-operated configuration and a self-service configuration available, the PowerStation enables 200 cups of coffee to be made in a single charge, with up to eight hours of power between charges from any venue.
The workstations incorporate a self-powered motorized brake/locking caster system, Corian countertops and retractable shelving.
