Dr Pepper gains market share in declining CSD category

Dr Pepper has gained market share in the soda category in recent years as the carbonated beverage category as a whole as suffered, according to a ccn.com report.

Dr Pepper, owned by Keurig Dr Pepper, grew its dollar share by 9% from 2003 to 2021 while carbonated soft drinks as a whole fell 26%, according to IRI data and the Beverage Digest factbook.

Dr Pepper is currently the fourth most popular soda in the U.S. after Coke, Pepsi and Mountain Dew.
