Dot Foods Inc., North America's largest food industry redistributor, has announced changes across its executive team as several longtime leaders take on new responsibilities, according to a press release.

  • Dick Tracy, the youngest of founders Robert and Dorothy Tracy's 12 children, has been named CEO. He joined the family business in 1991 and has served as the president of Dot Foods since 2017.
  • Dick Tracy follows his older brother, Joe Tracy, into the CEO role. After six years in the position, Joe is now the CEO of Dot Family Holdings, the investment office of the Tracy family. He will work with older brother John Tracy, executive chairman of both DFH and Dot, to oversee the governance of the companies in the DFH portfolio.
  • George Eversman, a 30-year Dot veteran, has been named president.
  • Cullen Andrews, a 20-year employee, has been promoted to executive vice president, overseeing sales, customer service and marketing.
  • Matt Holt, who has spent 15 years leading the human resources team, has been named vice president of distribution centers.
  • Chris Landrum, also a 15-year veteran, has been named vice president of warehouse.
  • John Long stepped down in late January after 36 years of service, most recently as senior vice president of warehouse.
  • Anita Montgomery, chief financial officer, is wrapping up a 15-year career with Dot with her retirement in March.
