Dole names Lara Mandin as chief innovation officer

Dole Worldwide Packaged Foods has named Dr. Lara Ramdin as chief innovation officer, according to a press release.

Ramdin, who will be based at Dole's Westlake Village campus, California, brings a background in R&D, product development and innovation within organizations including Unilever, Estee Lauder and Molson Coors Beverages Co.

Ramdin will report to Pier Luigi Sigismondi, president of Dole Packaged Foods LLC as a member of his core leadership team.
