De’Longhi partners with La Marzocco to boost cross selling, synergies

Coffee equipment suppliers De'Longhi S.p.A. and La Marzocco International LLC have partnered to enable synergies between La Marzocco and Eversys, another coffee equipment company owned by De'Longhi, according to a press release.
The arrangement will create synergies and cross selling opportunities for La Mazocco and Eversys which will continue to operate as separate companies.
The De'Longhi Group will control 61.4% of the new corporate structure while minority shares will be held by De Longhi Industrial (approximately 26.6%) and La Marzocco (approximately 12%).
The De' Longhi Group's cash disbursement for acquiring the De Longhi Industrial and La Marzocco shares is approximately $374 million.
