Dawn Foods taps Utz Brands’ Bautista as VP, promotes Gittins to another VP role

Dawn Food Products Inc., a bakery manufacturer, has named Melissa Bautista as the company's new vice president of manufacturing for North America and promoted Emily Gittins to vice president, global corporate controller, according to a press release.

Bautista joins Dawn Food Products from Utz Brands Inc. where she was vice president of manufacturing, and will be responsible for building Dawn's long-term manufacturing capabilities in North America, reporting to John Schmitz, president, North America..

Gittins, who has been with Dawn Food Products for 15 years, will become the company's new vice president, global corporate controller, in July. She will replace Jean Rauchholz, who will retire this summer.
