Dawn Foods names Hepdogan, Bruketta to executive roles

Global bakery manufacturer and ingredients distributor Dawn Foods has named Ahmet Hepdogan as vice president of procurement in North America and Josh Bruketta to vice president of people, North America, according to a press release.

Hepdogan will succeed John Wolf, who will retire in March 2023, and joins the company from Ferrara, a sweet snack business and affiliate of Ferrero International, where he served as chief procurement officer.

Bruketta previously served as director of the people department.
