David Busters Dolf Berle Keynotes Redemption Plus Purpose Pow Wow

LENEXA, KS -- Prize merchandise supplier Redemption Plus welcomed a special guest speaker at its latest staff development confab. The event, called a Purpose Pow Wow, was held at the company's headquarters in Lenexa, KS, where Dave & Buster's president and chief operating officer Dolf Berle delivered the keynote.

"Having worked with Dave & Buster's since the start of the year, I was very excited to get to meet Dolf," said Redemption Plus's Stephanie Swalley. "Dave & Buster's is the gold standard when it comes to family entertainment centers, so it was a real treat to interact with such an accomplished leader in the industry. His presentation was captivating, inspiring and, most of all, relevant to everything we are working on here at Redemption Plus."

Berle spoke about how business transformations impact internal teams, and how to ensure positive outcomes and evolve into a purpose-driven company. He referenced Dr. Bruce Tuckman's model of team development and the book Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do by Charles Duhigg as resources for Redemption Plus employees to follow.

Redemption Plus holds its Purpose Pow Wows three times a year. It used the recent event to review company performance through its One Team/One Score initiative that focuses on customer retention and other key performance indicators. Each pow wow concludes with the presentation of Golden Ducky Awards, which recognize employees who go above and beyond their calls of duty.
