Dalton, Tennessee District Office installs book vending machine

The Boys and Girls Club of Dalton, Tennessee has unveiled a book vending machine.

The vending machine's unveiling took place during the grand opening of Whitfield County Schools' new district office, according to a Local 3 News report.

Amy Smith, Whitfield County Schools' middle school curriculum director, is responsible for the idea and had the opportunity to cut the ribbon during the ceremony to officially launch the book vending machine.

Any students visiting the district office can now receive a free book and the vending machine holds a variety of topics and age levels to appeal to all visitors.
