Dairy Farmers of America to acquire Dean Foods

Dairy Farmers of America, a dairy cooperative, has agreed to purchase Dean Foods, according to an msn.com report. Dean Foods, which filed for bankruptcy in November 2019, announced Dairy Farmers of America has agreed to purchase 44 of its plants.

The agreement is scheduled to be considered on March 12.
