‘Cyberpunk Vending Machine’ draws attention on Reddit

A developer has posted a picture of a "LEGO Cyberpunk Vending Machine" on Reddit, built using an OLED display screen and an Arduino Uno, a microcontroller board.

One Reddit commenter cited it as an example of how to use a transparent screen to enhance a back display, and using bitmap rendering to create a falling bubbles effect alongside a flashed image.

For software, the developer used the U8g2 monochrome graphics library for embedded devices, according to electronicsweekly.com blog.
