Custom Data Solutions Passes Audit Of Internal Controls Compliance

The Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No.16, Reporting on Controls at a Service Organization, was issued by the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of CPAs. Reports prepared under SSAE No. 16 provide audit evidence to CPAs auditing service organizations, and provides a framework enabling practitioners to report on subject matter other than financial statements.

A CPA may be engaged to examine and report on controls at a service organization relevant to subject matter other than its internal financial reporting controls. An example of such an engagement is a report on controls over the privacy of information processed by a service organization for users.

Custom Data Solutions engaged Kirkpatrick Price LLC to provide the assurance services and testing required for certification in accordance with SSAE 16. The auditor's report found all of the controls and policies in place at Custom Data Solutions meet or exceed the strictest global requirements.
