Culinary Depot acquires Restaurant Warehouse in South Florida

Culinary Depot, a Spring Valley, New York based foodservice dealer and contractor, has acquired Restaurant Warehouse in South Florida for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Restaurant Warehouse has three retail locations in the South Florida region and will operate under the name "Restaurant Warehouse by Culinary Depot."

Culinary Depot has locations in New York, New Jersey, Nevada, South Carolina and Florida.
