Crickler Vending acquires Kimmins Coffee Service

Crickler Vending Co., a Rochester, New York-based vending, micro market and office coffee service operation, has acquired Kimmins Coffee Service, also located in Rochester, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Crickler Vending Co. is a Canteen franchise with branches in Rochester, Buffalo and Elmira, New York.

Russell Simon and James Damon, founders of Kimmins Coffee Service, will join Crickler Vending on a consulting basis. Their company provided vending, coffee services and water services.

The transaction was brokered by Mike Ferguson of VMAC Solutions, a Houston, Texas-based intermediary and business consultant to the vending, micro markets and office coffee industry.
