Crane NXT names David Petratis director

David Petratis

Crane NXT Co., an industrial technology company that offers payment and merchandising technologies, has named David Petratis as a director, according to a press release.

From 2013 to 2022, he served as chairman of the board, president and CEO of Allegion PLC, a global provider of security and access solutions. His additional prior roles included chairman, president and CEO of Quanex Building Products Corporation and leadership positions at Schneider Electric, MGE UPS Systems Americas and Square D Co.

Petratis is also a director of Sylvamo Corp. and has been chairman of the board of MasterBrand Inc.
