WILLISTON, SC -- Crane Merchandising Systems, a Crane Co. company, said newly enhanced self-service features for its cashless vending operator customers are available on its Streamware Connect portal. Vending operators who use the system will now have self-service capabilities to configure two-tier pricing (cash discounting) and schedule DEX delivery times at their convenience via the cloud-based portal, in addition to sales reporting and analysis tools.
The features introduced in this release give vendors tools to easily configure their cashless devices remotely, for both Navigator retrofit devices and the fully integrated BevMax Media and Merchant Media vending machines.
"Our goal is to provide operators with powerful tools to easily manage their connected machines and cashless networks," said Streamware vice-president Brendan Kehoe. "These self-service tools simplify the setup of core cashless features, and this release is a great example of how telemetry and the cloud are transforming the way vending operators run their businesses."
