Convenience services business brokerage teams with valuation specialist

VBB Advisors, a business broker in the convenience services industry, has partnered with Shelia Darby, MBA, Certified Valuation Analyst and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics, to provide operators in the vending, coffee service, pantry service and micro market industry third-party financial analytics and valuation assistance.

Darby brings more than 20 years as a valuation and financial professional.
