Conagra Brands to close Milwaukee sandwich plant

Conagra Brands Inc. will close the Sandwich Bros. of Wisconsin plant in Milwaukee, idling 190 employees, three years after acquiring the business from Kangaroo Brands for $87 million, according to a Milwuakee Business Journal report.

The plant produces frozen breakfast and entree flatbread sandwiches.

The plant will close by April.
