Colorado arcades petition for right to activate games

Colorado arcade owners are petitioning the state to be permitted to activate their games. The petition, which as of Thursday morning had close to 900 signatures, notes that casinos were allowed to be open since mid-June, and these establishments have slot machines containing the same buttons and touchscreens as arcade games.

The state has imposed the restrictions on account of the coronavirus pandemic.
