Coffeetek, a U.K.-based manufacturer, has introduced its Vitro M5 coffee machine to its Vitro series, according to a press release.
The patented micro-injection of air technology makes it possible to prepare a consistent foam froth even with the use of plant based milks.
The MIA technology allows the density and consistency of the foam to be programmed, as well as the hot or cold temperature, thus adjusting it to the tastes in different locations.
The unit offers espressos and fresh milk drinks, from cappuccino to latte macchiato.
The Vitro M5 does not need a steam boiler, thus avoiding the periodic safety checks and problems due to limescale deposits in the boiler.
The patented distance selection technology enables product selection without touching the surface. It also has a self-cleaning system.
This model is fitted with the patented AZK V30 variable brewing system which allows the range of drinks to be extended and the degree of grinding and the amount of coffee to be added to each selection to be specified.
