Coffee manufacturing start-up to build $56M facility in Texas

Coffee Tech Industries, an instant coffee manufacturing start-up, will invest $56 million in its Seguin, Texas headquarters, creating 91 jobs, according to a KSAT-TV report. The building will be on a 33-acre site and construction will begin this year with completion in 2022.

The company will make instant hot and cold brew coffee which it will sell to businesses. CEO Chad McNair previously founded Aspen Beverage Group which he sold in 2017 to an investment group.
