Coffee Lovers Coffee Service acquires RGM Coffee Services

Coffee Lovers Coffee Service, based in Fairfield, New Jersey, has acquired RGM Coffee Services, also in Fairfield, for an undisclosed sum, according to a company announcement.

Chris Cirillo, an RGM executive, will join Coffee Lovers Coffee Service in an executive role, focusing on customer relations and sales. All RGM team members will join in various operational roles.

The acquisition expands Cofee Lovers Coffee Service customer base and revenue by 60%. Nat Anapolle founded the business in 1960. His son, Andy Anapolle, took over the reins in 1994. The business will continue to operate out of its Fairfield, New Jersey facility.
