In an effort to combat the ongoing public health crisis, Coconino County Health and Human Services in Flagstaff, Arizona has unveiled a Public Health Harm Reduction Vending Machine.
The machine, located in the lobby of the CCHHS Flagstaff office, offers a variety of free products aimed at reducing the risks associated with drug use and sexual activity, according to a Hoodline Phoenix report.
The vending machine, which is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, offers a range of items including fentanyl test kits, Xylazine test strips, NARCAN/Naloxone, firearm safety locks, safer sex kits and multivitamins. Additionally, NARCAN/Naloxone can also be obtained at several other locations within Coconino County.
