Coca-Cola machines in Australia personalize cans with consumer name

Coca-Cola fans in Queensland and New South Wales in Australia can have cans with their names printed on them at specialized vending machines in shopping malls, according to a Daily Mail report.

All shoppers need to do is type in their preferred moniker and wait as the machine personalizes each can on the spot, according to The Daily Mail. The customer gets their name attached to a can by scanning a QR code.

The machines are available in Sydney, Liverpool, Broadbeach, Parramatta and the Gold Coast.
