Coca-Cola Europacific teams with equity firm to acquire Philippines bottler for $1.8M

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has agreed to jointly acquire Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines with Aboitiz Equity Ventures, a Philippines conglomerate, for $1.8 billion, a move that would create the world's largest Coca-Cola bottler by revenue and volume, according to a Reuters report.

The cash transaction would give CCEP 60% of the company with Aboitiz owning the balance.

CCEP bottles and sells Coca-Cola products for Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
