Club Luckys 7th Golden Tee Tournament Gives Away 49000 In Prizes

KANSAS CITY, MO -- The KCI-Expo Center here was once again the playground for Club Lucky Group's annual Golden Tee Live competition. CLG's seventh annual Tournament of Champions took place on Oct. 17, alongside a separate soft-tip dart contest hosted by Partners Promoting Darts.

This year's Club Lucky spectacular attracted 40 of the nation's best virtual golfers who vied for the championship titles in gold and purple brackets. A total of $49,000 was awarded.

Mark Stenmark, representing Vending Resource Inc. (Houston), took first place in the gold bracket, which awarded $8,000. Mark Goodwin, representing BJ Novelty (Covington, KY), won the purple bracket and $2,000.

The Club Lucky Group is a nationwide consortium that comprises 33 amusement operations whose common goal is to promote gameplay through professionally managed competition. Next year's Golden Tee Live Tournament of Champions will return to Kansas City in October.
