Charlotte to test robotic coffee delivery to residents

The city of Charlotte has teamed with Tiny Mile, a Toronto based provider of remote controlled delivery robots, to test a robotic coffee delivery service for two months in Plaza Midwood, according to a press release.

The robot has 360-degree camera views and sensors for safety and security and will deliver coffee from Undercurrent Coffee, a local coffee shop, to residents in a one-mile radius.
