Champion Vending leases warehouse, distribution facility on Long Island

Champion Vending, a Brooklyn, New York-based convenience services provider, has leased 11,462 square feet at 50 Seaview Boulevard in Port Washington, New York for additional warehouse and distribution space, according to a press release from Hunt Corporate Services Inc., which represents the property's landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates. 

"Champion Vending is an exclusive vendor to schools, state parks and major companies, offering 24/7 service and support,” David Hunt, president of Hunt Corporate Services, said in the release. "One of the reasons they can offer such quick response is their multiple service centers, such as this new one in Port Washington. The building is located less than six minutes from the Long Island Expressway."

The 31,500 square-foot "flex" building is located in the Seaview Office & Industrial Park, minutes from the Long Island Expressway. The leased space consists of 2,000 square feet of office space, an 18-foot warehouse ceiling, one loading dock and one drive-in.
