CEC Entertainment Appoints Dale Black CFO

IRVING, TX -- CEC Entertainment Inc., parent company of Chuck E. Cheese's, has named Dale Black chief financial officer. He replaces Temple Weiss, who is leaving the company.

The new financial chief will work closely with CEC chief executive Tom Leverton and other senior executives in managing all fiscal aspects of the children's entertainment chain.

Black has a financial background in hospitality and entertainment. He recently served as chief financial officer of Great Wolf Lodge, a family-focused entertainment, dining and lodging operation. He was also a financial chief at Isle of Capri Casinos, Trump Entertainment Resorts and Argosy Gaming.

"Dale's experience across private and public companies makes him a fantastic addition to CEC's leadership team," Leverton said.
