Capital Provisions acquires Century Vending’s San Diego operations

Capital Provisions, a convenience services operator based in Los Angeles, has acquired the San Diego operations of Orange, California-based Century Vending for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

The purchase is the first acquisition completed by Capital Provisions in San Diego and delivers an account base with over 300 points of sale across multiple industries throughout San Diego County.

"We are very pleased to reach today's milestone and to welcome Century Vending's team to the Capital Provisions family. There is a lot of important work ahead of us to deliver on the vast potential that Century's San Diego's operations possess," Woody Kassin, Capital Provisions CEO, said in the release.

Orange-based Century Vending continues to operate in Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles, company owner Oscar Benitez told Vending Times.
