Canteen Launches EnrG-Branded Better-For-You Vending Platform

CHARLOTTE, NC -- The nation's largest vending operation is kicking off a wellness-focused program. Canteen's enr.G program begins with snack and dual-temperature combination snack and beverage venders. Three color options enable Canteen to pair the machines with existing client-branded wellness platforms and match location environments.

The Energy Star-certified machines feature LED lighting and motion sensor dimmers. A touchscreen lists products by attribute or type, allowing users to find and select products that meet their nutritional needs.

All snacks and beverages in enr.G machines qualify as either all-natural, organic, gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, kosher or as meeting "Choice Plus" nutritional criteria. Canteen said it will add a fresh food and glassfront beverage machine to the mix later this year.
