CAMDEN, NJ -- Campbell Soup Co. announced that Denise M. Morrison, the company's president and chief executive and a director, has retired. Keith R. CAMDEN, NJ -- Campbell Soup Co. announced that Denise M. Morrison, the company's president and chief executive and a director, has retired.

Keith R. McLoughlin, a Campbell board member since 2016, has been named interim chief executive and will also remain a member of the board to facilitate the transition while recently promoted chief operating officer Luca Mignini focuses on the integration of newly acquired Snyder's-Lance and Pacific Foods businesses.

McLoughlin most recently was president and chief executive of Electrolux AB, a global manufacturer of major household appliances, from 2011 until 2016. Before joining Electrolux in 2003, McLoughlin spent 22 years in senior leadership roles at E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Co.
