Cakes sold in cans, introduced in Japan in 2021, called Fuwa Cans, are in the process of expanding to Singapore, according to a goodyfeed.com report.

Packaged with a spoon, the cakes, packed in transparent soda and beer cans, will be flown in from Japan weekly, available in machines 24/7.

The cakes are from Okashi Gaku, a Japanese patisserie.

The first cans will be on Suntec City's north wing, level three.

Offerings from Japan include strawberry shortcake at $11.80, mango at $9.89 and strawberry at $9.80. Singapore exclusives include matcha at $8.89, mango chocolate at $9.80, tiramisu at $9.80 and caramel custard pudding at $5.80.
