Brazil manufacturer acquires Mabel cookie business from PepsiCo

Camil Alimentos, a Brazil-based cookie manufacturer, has acquired the Mabel cookie business from PepsiCo Inc. for an undisclosed sum, according to a latinfinance.com report.

PepsiCo acquired Mabel, a manufacturer with five production facilities, in November of 2011, according to a press release at the time.
