Brazil allows Nestlé to acquire chocolate maker after 20-year delay

Brazil's competition regulator has approved Nestlé's €223 million ($238 million) acquisition of Garoto, a chocolate maker, after nearly two decades, according to a latinlawyer.com report.

The regulatory authority, the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, known as CADE, recently approved the acquisition.
