BradyIFS acquires Mid-Atlantic foodservice distributor

BradyIFS, a Las Vegas based foodservice distributor, has acquired FPC Distribution Inc., a foodservice, dry goods and jan/san distributor serving Maryland and Virginia, according to a press release. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In 1982, Richard Roe assumed leadership of the business from his father, Wilson Roe, who founded the business in 1953.

This marks the second acquisition for BradyIFS in two weeks, having acquired Gorm Inc. in California earlier this month.
