BradyIFS acquires California distributor

BradyIFS, a Las Vegas based distributor of foodservice disposables and janitorial/sanitation products, has acquired Gorm Inc., a distributor serving the California market, according to a press release. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Brothers Morten and Michael Riegg founded Gorm and have been running the company since 1992. The company offers foodservice, packaging and janitorial and sanitation products.
