Bowlero to acquire Andy B’s

Bowlero Corp., a Richmond, Virginia-based provider of bowling entertainment, agreed to acquire Andy B's in Bartlett, Tennessee, marking the company's first center in the state, according to a press release. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

"We are pleased to enter a new market, expanding our national footprint to 34 states," Thomas Shannon, founder and CEO, said in the press release.

Andy B's is a 44-lane center with 32 traditional lanes and 12 private lanes featuring state-of-the-art audio and lighting with 50 feet of video displays.

Andy B's also has an arcade, a snack bar and a full-service bar. Andy B's will open as a Bowlero upon completion of the acquisition.
