Botbar robotic coffee shop expands to Manhattan

Botbar, the robotic coffee shop, has expanded to Manhattan at Sanmiwago, a Taiwanese dumpling shop, at 1695 Broadway, near West 53rd Street, according to an Eater New York report.

The Manhattan installation for the machine, provided by Richtech Robotics, follows a placement in May in Greenpoint in Brooklyn, New York.

Richtech Robotics, based in Las Vegas, claims the robot can prepare up to 50 drinks per hour.

Guests place orders and pay on a touchscreen.
