Blint Partners With AVT To Produce Protein Shake Vending Machines

CORONA, CA -- AVT Inc. said it has reached an agreement with the Blint Group to produce its made-to-order protein shake vending machines. They automate the preparation of custom-blended beverages with real fruits and vegetables.

AVT founder and chairman Shannon Illingworth said his company designed and built the Blint prototype. He said the shake venders are equipped with an interface that allows customers to order supplements and home-protein shake kits and have them shipped directly to their home.

Miami-based Blint Group recently said it had reached an agreement to place its machines in "the nation's largest chain of fitness centers," but has not named which one.
