BlackHawk Industrial acquires Florida, Idaho and Montana industrial distributors

BlackHawk Industrial, a Tulsa, Oklahoma based manufacturer and distributor of industrial products as well as industrial vending, has acquired Cornerstone Supply in Jacksonville, Florida and two Intermountain Machining Supply locations in Meridian, Idaho and Belgrade, Montana, according to a press release. Terms of these acquisitions were not disclosed.

BlackHawk Industrial's CribMaster vending machines help customers manage industrial tool inventory.
