Friday, Oct. 23: Wisconsin's Sara Erlandson Wins 2015 Ladies Tourney
CHICAGO -- The year's biggest coin-op videogame competition kicked off yesterday in Chicago at the Hard Rock Cafe. Sara Erlandson of Beldenville, WI, placed first in last night's women's tournament; it was her fourth win. Men's virtual shooting continues today at 2 p.m. central time.
In 2011, Erlandson was crowned champion in the first-ever Ladies Tournament, winning the top prize of $2,000. Her takehome this year is $5,000.
