B&G Foods CEO quits

Kenneth Romanzi, who was promoted to the top spot from executive vice president and COO in April 2019 at B&G Foods, announced today he is leaving to pursue "personal interests," according to a press release.

His job will be temporarily filled by David Wenner, a company board member who served as president and CEO from 1993 to 2014. A committee appointed by the board will look for a new CEO.
