WAITE PARK, MN -- Bernick's, a fifth-generation vending company and beverage distributor, has purchased the assets and exclusive distribution agreements of Northwest Beverages, based in Superior, WI. These brands include the Miller Coors portfolio, Summit, Corona, Heineken, Boston Beer, and other regional and local craft beers.
 
Bernick's, based in Waite Park, MN, will be retaining most of the staff of Northwest Beverage. Northwest Beverages has serviced these brands and customers for the past 48 years.

"This acquisition will help Bernick's continue its tradition of providing great service and great products to Superior, WI."
 
Bernick's has been providing full service beverage, vending, and foodservice solutions since 1916. It distributes Miller and Pepsi products and craft and import beer, along with snacks, energy drinks, waters and juices.
 
Waite Park, MN, and has facilities in, Bemidji, Brainerd, Duluth, Twin Cities, and Willmar, MN; and Dresser, WI.
