MONTREAL -- BeaverTails said it will introduce two mobile store models designed to sell its popular pastries at the IAAPA Attractions Expo. The show will be held Nov. 13-16 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, and BeaverTails will be in booth #3659.
Based on an old family recipe, BeaverTails pastries is a 40-year-old Canadian icon. Hand-stretched, served hot and topped with numerous choices, including chocolate hazelnut spread, Reese's Pieces and peanut butter, Oreo cookie pieces and Heath cheesecake.
The new custom-made BT9' may be staffed by one to three people and has the capacity to serve up to 90 BeaverTails pastries per hour. It houses all necessary food-preparation and storage equipment and is easily connected to the power grid. With the option of adding a 10-ft. x 10-ft. canopy for protection from the elements, the BeaverTails mobile has a starting price of $40,000.
