BDT Capital Partners acquires Culligan

BDT Capital Partners LLC, an investment bank, has officially acquired Culligan International, a sustainable water solutions company, according to a press release.

The bank acquired Culligan from private equity investors Advent International and Centerbridge Partners L.P. Advent reinvested in Culligan to gain a minority stake as part of the transaction.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
