PULASKI, WI - Bay Tek Games has announced the appointment of Jim Keane as president. He comes to the company from Malteurop North America, where he was vice-president and general manager.

Keane brings more than 30 years' experience in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales to his new post. He has held positions in customer development, product development and brand marketing for a number of international corporations, including Coca-Cola Co. (Atlanta, GA) and Mars Inc. (McLean, VA). Bay Tek noted that most of Keane's career has been devoted to fulfilling consumers' desire for fun, working with direct manufacturers of candy, pizza, ice cream, soft drinks, beer  – and now games.

"Jim's passion and energy behind customer experience and his knowledge of branding is truly an exciting match with Bay Tek," said Bay Tek chief executive Bob Rupp. "We intentionally took our time in our search for the right fit."

Keane will focus on cultivating longstanding relationships between Bay Tek and its customers.
