Bandai Namco Amusement America Inc. said it has promoted Joe Blackwell to director of customer service.
Blackwell has 38 years of amusement industry experience in the areas of equipment manufacturing, operations and location management. At BNAA, he previously held the title of tech support specialist, and was a leading figure in the company's customer service department.
"Joe has been the voice of customer service and the mentor of the department for eight years," said BNAA senior vice-president Frank Cosentino. "Customer service is the cornerstone of any company in our business and I'm proud that our CS department is in Joe's hands.
