AVS names customer service manager for AVS Connect

AVS Companies, an Elk Grove Village, Illinois-based distributor of vending and amusement equipment, has announced that Erika Zachacki has joined the team as the customer service manager of AVS Connect, according to a press release.

Zachacki has more than 10 years of experience in retail and call center environments, with a stint in the trade show industry as a project manager.

"We are thrilled to welcome Erika Zachacki to AVS Companies," Tom Vogt, vice president of micro markets and vending, said in the press release. "With her extensive experience and dedication to customer satisfaction, we are confident that she will play a crucial role in building out our customer service team."
