Aspire Bakeries to expand production for Otis Spunkmeyer brand

Aspire Bakeries will expand its Newark, California, bakery with the addition of a frozen cookie dough line for its Otis Spunkmeyer cookies in the foodservice, convenience and retail channels, according to a press release.

Production will start in the fall. In preparation, the Newark bakery is hiring employees from the community to start later this month.
